Exactly what I needed
I was gifted a cat tree for Christmas 2021 and after a little more than a year of constant, daily use by my 2 dainty yet uncoordinated cats, the bed scratching posts got a bit wobbly. It was super easy to reach out to customer service for replacements. They had me send the link of the product I had with a screenshot circling exactly what I needed. They gave me the product number, the price and directions on exactly how to order. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping (blame Amazon for catering to instant gratification) but within 2 weeks I had exactly what I needed and the cat tree is essentially brand new again. My girls are happy, and I sleep better knowing they won't lose balance and fall.

Kitty loves it!
Our cat loves being up high and this tree is perfect. Very low profile so it fits nicely in the corner by the window. Adjustable height means it will fit in almost any room, we have high ceilings and this has tons of height to spare.
Things to watch out for...
We have ours on hard wood flooring so we keep having to straighten it out. It would work great on carpet but we'll have to put a non slip something underneath.
Our cat LOVES it which means the carpet covering isn't actually lasting very long. Underneath is heavy cardboard so we will have to re-cover it with sisal rope soon or it will be ruined. Not a problem, it's easy to do with a staple gun and I routinely replace rope on our other trees. She has very sharp claws and loves scratching!
Our first one was so good we bought a second one for another room.

Beautiful and Well Thought Out
This cat tree is so easy to build and amazingly gorgeous. Seriously nicer than the people's furniture in the house. My favorite thing about this is that it's wood and all of the fabric components are velcro'd on and can be washed if they get dirty. I will never buy a carpeted cat tree again! The cats all love this and it's so easy to clean. (Photo is from the side with the kids all around it)
